In this section, we cover how your API Key and Instance Identification are used.
Upon registering, you automatically receive an API Key. This key is used in all requests to authenticate your account.
Attention!
Your API key is the access point to your WhatsApp instance. Do not share it!
In this section, we explain how Instance Identification works.
When you create a new Web instance, you automatically receive your instance identification. We use this ID to determine which instance you are sending or receiving messages from.
Create a new instance!
To view your instance ID and token, access the admin panel, select the desired instance, and click Edit. In this section, you will find all the details related to your instance. Remember, you can have multiple instances, but each one has a unique ID and token.
Access my instance! In this section, we explain how IP Restriction works, allowing the user to permit only their own IP to contact the instance.
Attention!
When adding a new IP, the system will automatically ignore all others. Make sure you have entered the IP correctly.
